Payment Terms:
Payment will be made up front for all orders at the time the order is placed or within the first week the order is in the system. If you don't pay within that first week I will try and contact you but if I can't reach you via email or phone numbers provided it will be canceled.
Once payment is received it will be held until the point when I begin building the holster, this time frame will depend on the current lead time that is emailed to you when placing the order. Also keep in mind this is an ESTIMATE, not a guarantee. This is a small business of myself and my wife, order times are really difficult to predict because I offer so many different holsters and options. Some holsters orders may take an afternoon, others may take me a week. And when I have a bunch of those orders they compound the amount of time it takes to get them all done. If you ever want to know how much longer you'll be waiting or how soon the rig will be done please feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to shoot you an updated time frame. On that note though please wait until after the lead time has come up, unless you'd like to change your order.
If you'd like to cancel a pending order that hasn't been built yet, you can however there will be a 30% non refundable deposit taken from all pending order cancellations. The time and planning going into orders as well as my production schedule is thrown off each time an order gets cancelled. This fee covers some of the time and effort to reshuffle the production times and schedule.
Holster Design:
Only use a holster for the gun that it was designed for. Not guns that are close in dimensions or similar. Sometimes changes are made in the holster to accommodate specific features on certain guns and they may not be safe with every model out there. When in doubt please contact me and find out if there is any way to make something work properly.
Adams Holsters cannot control how you use our products, and as a result we disclaim any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages to person(s) and/or property resulting from the use of any Adams Holsters product.
Changes are being made constantly to designs and features and as a result the holster/product that you receive may be different than those pictured on the website.
Privacy Policy:
SHORT VERSION:
We're not going to do anything with any information your provide us other than ship you your holster or product. We do not sell email addresses or any other information ever. Nobody sees your information but Adams Holsters. Printed information is incinerated after use (order forms, invoices, etc.)

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.
Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.
Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.

The information is used to ship the holster or product to you and ship any additional accesorries.
E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.
E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers.

If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive.
You may be able to block cookies via your browser settings but this may prevent you from access to certain features of the website.
